Trans Secret Santa UK 2025 has now concluded. Your support and donations allowed us to deliver trans joy to 896 trans young people across the UK. We will be back next year and hope to be bigger, and better.You can still donate to help us get started for 2026 where we will continue to work to show trans youth that they are loved.
